Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize production processes according to product specifications, monitor production quality, and ensure that products meet requirements. Timely identify and resolve quality issues.
2. Responsible for maintaining relevant process documents, such as process flowcharts and operation instructions, to provide clear operational guidance to production personnel.
3. Provide process training to production personnel to improve their work skills and production efficiency. Maintain close communication with the production department to ensure smooth and coordinated process flow.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or above, majoring in materials science, physics, chemistry or related majors, or those with relevant work experience in the same position; good communication skills and logical thinking ability, strong hands-on ability and innovation ability
